When you think of the Daytona 188. You think of the significance it add's to the ARC Truck Series. It has became a staple event to start each season with this event. 19 Daytona 188's have been run leading up to September's race. All with their own story to tell. And the 20th Seasonal will be no different.
We'll see some of the greats back in action. Among those include Drew Carroll, the only four-time winner of this prestigious event. He's always the guy to watch when it comes down to the end. More recently, his teammate TJ Thompson has found some success at the speedway, winning his first 188 just last season after pushing Drew to three of his four wins. Other past winners in the field will include Ty McWhirter and Joseph Pisciotta, who are always strong when the ARC series visits a Superspeedway.
And what of the newcomers? Daytona provides an open door for anyone to become an ARC hero overnight. The possibilities seem endless for the finish of this prestigious event. Everyone is excited to get the season started and we all look forward to the 20th Seasonal Daytona 188 in just one month's time!
